Courtney Heyward is a REALTOR® with Heyward Realty in Raleigh, NC. I help people buy and sell homes across the Triangle, and many of my clients are professionals and families relocating to Raleigh-Durham from out of state.

Moving here sight unseen is a lot. I make it easier with live video tours, honest neighborhood and commute advice, and help timing a sale back home with your purchase here. I'll tell you what the listing photos don't, like road noise, a tricky layout, or a street that doesn't fit your daily routine.

You'll work with me directly, from our first call to closing day. Heyward Realty is a small, locally owned firm, and that's on purpose. It means I can give every client real attention.

I'm a North Carolina native [from Greensboro] and have called Raleigh home [since 2005]. Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in marketing. Today that background helps my sellers price and position their homes to stand out.

Do you help buyers moving to Raleigh from out of state?

Yes. Relocation is a big part of my business. I help you compare towns like Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, and Morrisville, plan around your commute to RTP or downtown Raleigh, and tour homes by live video before you visit.

Will I work with you directly, or with a team?

You'll work with me, Courtney Heyward, from start to finish. I don't hand clients off to assistants or junior agents.

What areas do you serve?

Raleigh, North Raleigh, Brier Creek, North Hills, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Durham, and other surrounding Triangle areas.

When I'm not working, you'll find me on a DIY project or cheering from the sidelines on a weekend.
