Courtney is the engine behind Heyward Realty’s strategy and operations. A native North Carolinian with 20+ years in marketing, communications, and real estate development, she spent over a decade in the corporate world—leading brand strategy and operations in Health IT—before returning to her true passion: real estate. Since joining the family business, she’s served as Heyward Realty’s behind-the-scenes CMO and COO, bringing big-picture thinking and high-level execution to every listing, every client, and every detail. Whether she’s designing a go-to-market strategy for a new listing or walking a first-time buyer through next steps, Courtney brings clarity, care, and serious marketing chops to the table.
Fun Fact: When she’s not coordinating a closing or launching a new listing, Courtney’s usually dreaming up a new DIY project around the house, or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ soccer and baseball games.
