Trey is the founder of Heyward Realty and the steady hand at the helm. A Raleigh native and proud NC State grad (Go Wolfpack!), Trey spent 15+ years in clinical research before making the leap into real estate. Trading lab samples and SOPs for open houses and negotiations, he quickly discovered that helping people find financial security and a place to call home was even more rewarding than his former life in science. His calm demeanor, sharp negotiation skills, and commitment to integrity make him a trusted partner for clients who want a smooth, stress-free move. Whether he's guiding first-time buyers or seasoned sellers, Trey brings clarity, strategy, and just the right amount of dad humor to every transaction.
